Jim Mueller is the President of Mid America Capital. Jim is an experienced executive and advisor with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, creative financial structure, business valuations, new business ventures and strategic partnerships and alliances.

Jim is an experienced international entrepreneur and recognized leader within the investment community, manufacturing, construction and food industries. Jim has held a variety of executive positions and roles as a consultant, advisor and principal with many companies specifically focused in construction, manufacturing and agriculture.

Previously, Jim served as a principal of a specialty investment banking firm in the Washington DC area that focused on real estate financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and loan workouts. Mueller holds a BS in Environment Design and Construction Management from the University of Missouri. In addition, he is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
